8 soft taco tortillas
1 lb. roast beef
1/2 lb. horseradish cheddar
shredded lettuce
diced red onion
horseradish sauce
Spread horseradish sauce on one side of the tortillas. Divide meat and cheese, then top with shredded cheese and red onion. Roll up tight in plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.
Horseradish sauce:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic in oil
Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients and chill.
