Crab Salad

Mardi Gras is over and Lent has begone.  Time to get started on some great seafood recipes. 

1 lb. crab meat, picked and patted dry
1/4 cup celery, diced very fine
1/2 cup green onion, diced very fine
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 cup mayo

mix mayo, celery, onion and seasonings.  Gently fold with crab meat and refrigerate.
