Oaxaca Queso Dip

Very quick, very simple dip.  Perfect for parties and other such get togethers.

Serve with your favorite brand of tortilla chips.

I also use it as a filling in tacos, burritos and on sandwiches. 

 

1 cup red onion, diced

1/2 cup green onion, diced

1/2 cup diced pickled jalapenos

1/2 cup red pepper, diced

1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

1 pound cream cheese

1 cup nacho cheese
1 cup salsa
 
Soften cream cheese.  Combine all ingredients.
