Shrimp Salad

So much better than store bought, and easy!

1 lb. salad shrimp, cooked
1 cup white onion, diced
1/2 bunch scallions, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.  Try on a toasted english muffin, baked in the oven with provolone cheese.  Delicious.
