1 lb. jumbo shrimp (21-25)
1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
Tabasco red pepper sauce, to taste
1 cup white onion, sliced and sauteed tender
2 red potatoes, cooked and quartered
1 can National Bohemian beer
cocktail sauce, recipe previously posted
In a sauce pan, bring beer and seasonings to a boil. Let simmer 2 minutes. Add shrimp and potatoes, cook until done, about 4 minutes. Add onions, cook until thoroughly heated. Drain and serve immediately.
